A minor tweak to the Toro Bravo menu (courtesy an inspirational trip to Spain): Chef John Gorham announced the addition of a sprawling new "Raciones" section on the menu, the closest thing to full-on entrees, onto the already-sprawling Bravo menu (at our count, it's at 50 dishes, not including charceuterie). Current selections include grilled veal sweetbreads, oxtail croquettes, and a fideos noodle dish with boar sausage and Dungeness crab. [EaterWire]
