With the departure of mixologist Kyle Webster (who decamped to St. Jack in December), the Pearl's Metrovino unveiled its new cocktail program last week, under the direction of beer-in-cocktails advocate Jacob Grier. Among the 11 new recipes: an Averna stout flip (featuring the Italian liqueur, Young's chocolate stout, and a whole egg), a seigle sour (with house-made spiced plantain syrup), and the Mexican train, an $18 libation with illegal totally legal Mexican mezcal and mole bitters.
