Clyde Common chef Chris DiMinno is feeling a little nostalgic: To launch the restaurant's new monthly Sunday dinner series, DiMinno will cook up a four-course meal (with wine pairings) on Feb. 27 inspired by '80s excess, featuring chicken terrine and garlic sausage, foie gras ravioli, crispy sweetbreads served with pig trotter, and "death by chocolate" cake.
From here on out, Clyde's dinner party will fete the last Sunday of every month, with rotating themes (and always paired with different beer, wine, or spirits — March will put the focus on cocktails).
