While chef Scott Ketterman takes a little vacation, Simpatica Dining Hall's Friday night dinner will be cooked up by Olympic Provisions alum Jason Barwikowski, who parted ways with the salami-slinging spot in late 2010. Barwikowski's one-off, four-course Simpatica menu features sheep's milk ricotta gnudi; rock shrimp, white bean, and radicchio salad; roasted chicken thighs with a warm cauliflower, potato, and pepper salad; and Mediterranean olive oil cake for dessert, for $35/person.
