New Venture, Otto, Taking Over Former Fin Space

Just three days after Fin shuttered for good, a lease is pending for its former home. Paperwork has been filed on behalf of Otto, a "full modern American" restaurant (not affiliated with Woodstock's Otto's Sausage Kitchen).

A bit of poking around on the internet suggests that Otto is a venture by recent transplant Kim Stanton, owner of Modern Food & Spirits, a casual American restaurant in Michigan that's currently in the process of closing. Early paperwork for Otto lists dinner service only, though "we may expand hours of operation to service the surrounding community."
