Return of the Hebb

Infamous former-PDX restauranteur, one-half-of-Hebberoy, and supperclub mascot Michael Hebb has resurfaced, and according to the O's Grant Butler, "continues to sound mightily impressed with himself." The evidence: Hebb chats with Good about the 30 Project, a non-profit organization that aims to stimulate food policy change through dinner-table conversations. "[One] thing that's really important to me is the notion of reciprocity," Hebb says of his meals (he's cooking up the 30 Project launch dinner on March 6). "I'm asking people to show up at dinner as an active, embodied participant, not a spectator." [Good via OregonLive]
