In today's installment of "Press for Portlandia," Bon Appetit sits down with Fred and Carrie to talk specifically about the PDX food scene. Things we've learned: Armisen's a fan of the Brooklynish-chalkboard-menu look and Clyde Commons [sic], while Brownstein rails against food extremism and general excitement toward the return of Kombucha. "In any other town, something writ that large, with such fervor would have said, 'Jesus is risen!' So that kind of stuff is really amazing to me, and you know, I love that 'Kombucha is back' is the religion here." [BA Daily]
