The New School reports this afternoon that the Oregon Public House, a new venture on NE Dekum Ave. by pastor (yep, pastor) Ryan Saari, aims to be the world's first-ever non-profit brewery. According to the business model, a team of volunteers and paid employees will pour exclusively Oregon craft beers, with 100% of the profits going to the customer's charity of choice.
