Hotel rooftop destination Departure has announced an additional nightly happy hour (from 10pm to midnight on weekdays, 11pm-2am on weekends), with chef Gregory Gourdet dishing out twice as many HH menu offerings as before. New to the show: chicken samosas with grilled yogurt, roasted vegetable udon noodles, crispy squid with ponzu and pickled cabbage, and a shaking beef chili with watercress.
