The SushiBen-2-Go building on 26th and SE Division St is getting some after-hours occupants: The pop-up kabob stop ChixStix, a late-night-only yakitori house, will take over the SushiBen dining space on Friday and Saturday nights, serving chicken, pork, beef, veggie, and tofu skewers from 10pm to 2am. "After living in Portland for over 15 years, I've come to notice that Portland lacks in after hour dining options, especially for Asian food," says chef/owner Kaz Yamazaki, who's launching the project with partner Stephanie Lujan.
