While we live-blog the morning away, a quick intermission back to PDX to announce: Three Portland chefs have snagned James Beard Award nominations for Best Chef, Northwest - Grüner's Chris Israel, Pok Pok's Andy Ricker, and Nostrana's Cathy Whims. Le Pigeon's Gabe Rucker gets another nod for Rising Star Chef of the Year. Congrats guys!
