La Cosita's Tamale Boy Food Truck To Hit Streets In April

Tamale Boy, a tricked-out van turned tamale food cart/truck, will hit the streets running in early April. And don't expect it to stay in one location — the transportable TB plans to sprint, via a bio-fuel Sprinter, throughout the city with a truck full of organic tamale treats that will include many vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. From the folks at La Costita and Mayahuel Catering, the gourmet tamale truck won't be hard to find: followers can use Tamale Boy’s Facebook and Twitter pages, to track their locations, submit requests and stay up-to-date on the latest seasonal additions to their menu. That mobile food cart trend people were predicting? Totally coming true.
