WWeek's mobile cart festival Eat Mobile has announced its lineup for this year's event, and it's a doozy: On April 23, 40 carts will be lined up underneath the Morrison Bridge, including EuroTrash, Shut Up and Eat, Pyro Pizza, Wet Hot Beef, and Oregon Ice Works.
