To celebrate his upcoming appearance on Iron Chef America, Vitaly Paley (of Paley's Place, obvs) will hold a viewing party April 17 at the Pearl's Ecotrust building from 5:30-9:30pm, bookending the episode's east coast airtime (the throwdown versus Iron Chef Garces rolls at 7pm). Nosh will be provided by Courtney Sproule's Din Din Supper Club, with a cash bar and — hilariously — secret ingredient t-shirts available for purchase.
