The Oregonian had a reporter on-scene this afternoon as former Greek Cucina owner Ted Papas led a march on city hall to protest the forced closure of his 36-year-old downtown (and octopus-draped) institution. Papas is now filing a $13 million lawsuit against the city, contending that his colorful history with City Commissioner Randy Leonard led to an unfair crackdown on his property.
