Out in McMinnville, chef Eric Bechard (of Thistle fame and mohawked infamy) will debut his second restaurant, dubbed Community Plate, with an open house celebration this Sunday, March 27. Aimed less at wine country tourists and more toward McMinnville locals, the neighborhood-friendly joint will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily, "old school cookery"-style.
