Andy Ricker's Pok Pok Noi Set to Debut on NE Prescott Tomorrow (Tuesday)

With Podnah's Pit now officially moved into its new digs on Killingsworth, James Beard-nominated chef Andy Ricker is set to open the newest branch of his empire in the NE Prescott space recently vacated by the pit boss. Pok Pok Noi (signifier for "Little Pok Pok") is set to open tomorrow (Tuesday, March 29), and Ricker has revealed the menu (complete with cocktails!) on the spot's new site: The 12-item menu reads like a Pok Pok Greatest Hits album, with Ricker's famous Vietnamese wings, Kai Yaang, Khao Soi Kai, and babyback ribs all making appearances (no new dishes spotted yet). Cocktail options also number around a dozen, with favorites from Pok Pok and Whiskey Soda Lounge.

The 11-seat (!!!) Pok Pok Noi is designed to be a quick counter service and take-out spot, though a large outdoor patio and a few outdoor sidewalk seats will also be available "on a first come, first served basis for customers who have ordered at our counter," Ricker says. (He also notes that staff will run food and bus tables.) Pok Pok Noi's hours of operation are 11:30am-10pm, seven days a week; cash and debit card only.
