As reported last week, NW 21st's Indish has officially transitioned into cocktail lounge the Temple Bar, and owner Raj Sharma reports that its foray into happy hour launches at 4pm today with food specials starting at $2 and drink specials at $3. To highlight the new whisky focus, an additional nightly deal will feature a selected "single malt" of the day for $7.50. Oh, and if you'd rather do dinner, the full menu — featuring dishes like chicken meatballs in a biscuit, chickpea-battered onion and bacon bites, and lamb wraps — is now posted online.
