Continuing her work with Robert Reynolds, Kristen D. Murray, pastry chef at Paley’s Place (and formerly with Lucier and Fenouil), will offer a 3-part Pastry Series focused on mastering the Genoise (sponge cake) at the Reynolds Chef Studio in Southeast Portland beginning this coming Sunday, March 13th.
