Park Kitchen's Scott Dolich Opening New Venture in NW

Park Kitchen chef/owner Scott Dolich has filed paperwork for a new outlet, called the Bent Brick, in an Alphabet District space that most recently housed a shoe store.

According to a liquor license application, PK's current general manager Anna Josephson has been tapped to run the new venue, which will be a 38-seat "neighborhood restaurant serving excellent food." No word yet on what this means for Park Kitchen; more information as it becomes available.
