Like a pub crawl — only classier! The annual International Pinot Noir Celebration, which toasts the world's best Pinot Noirs during a summer weekend festival in Oregon wine country, is making a visit to the city for its first-ever Pinot Walkabout, a neighborhood-wide tasting where guests sip 15 different wines while sauntering between three different locations. (For the uber-lazy/tipsy, PDX Pedicabs will be on-hand to cart guests from spot to spot.) Beaker & Flask, Noble Rot, and Simpatica Dining Hall serve as the three stops, where winemakers and guests can mingle over pours and bites supplied by the restaurants.
The walkabout, scheduled for 4-7pm on Sunday, May 1, is limited to 100 participants: Tickets are available online here.
