Food truck backlash now has a blog to call its very own: Here's Look at This Fuckin Hipster Food Truck, a blog that is full of food truck fury. The site's based in California, so it calls out a few "hipster" problems that Portland carts and trucks mostly escape ("Hipster food trucks fail the three basic rules of food trucking: they’re expensive, they’re never where you want them to be, and you have to wait.").
