Newly crowned radish king Vitaly Paley takes a break from the root vegetable spotlight to redirect his focus on sustainable seafood. The second installment of Paley's recurring Sustainable Seafood Sunday series is scheduled for this Sunday (May 1) at Paley's Place, featuring a special guest star: Mark Bitterman, of N. Mississippi salt shop the Meadow.
