Newly crowned radish king Vitaly Paley takes a break from the root vegetable spotlight to redirect his focus on sustainable seafood. The second installment of Paley's recurring Sustainable Seafood Sunday series is scheduled for this Sunday (May 1) at Paley's Place, featuring a special guest star: Mark Bitterman, of N. Mississippi salt shop the Meadow. The family-style menu will feature "innovative combinations of salt and sustainable seafood, such as salt-roasted red snapper," while the walk-in-friendly raw crudo bar will serve up tastes like sustainable flounder (with kumquat preserve, harissa, and Meyer lemon ponzu), and hiramasa with lobster roe vinaigrette.
