NORTH PORTLAND: The fifth annual Cheers to Belgian Beers fest is scheduled to toast this Saturday, with 42 local breweries creating a special Belgian-style brew specifically for the event. This year features a special preview dinner (Friday, April 29 from 5-9pm), where the $40 entrance gets you tastes of a dozen beers, in addition to some traditional mussels frites served up by Simpatica Catering. Tickets are still available here. [EaterWire]
