Brunch in this town just got that. much. bigger. PoMo's K. Brooks reports this morning that Fin chef (and Eater Award recipient) Trent Pierce will help launch an all-day brunch service at the still-buzzy SE CIinton bistro St. Jack, beginning Sunday, April 17. Unsurprisingly, the menu will be seafood-focused (and includes a raw bar "showcasing a changing mix of local shellfish and various caviars"). All-day Sunday brunch will be available from 10am to 7pm.
