Din Din Catering chef Courtney Sproule has announced her wildly popular supper club's next series of dinners — Din Din will celebrate Easter weekend with rabbit, eggs, and Teutonic Wine Company during two dinner services (Friday and Saturday, April 22 and 23) and Sunday Easter brunch (April 24). The six-course dinner menu features plates like sorrel soup; a crab, nettle, and ham soufflé; and a holiday-appropriate braised rabbit with morel cream sauce, herb petal pasta, and wine-glazed carrots. Brunch will be "a more concise and homey riff" on the dinner menu, and the $75 reservation ($60 brunch) includes all wine pairings by Teutonic. Reservations available by emailing here. [EaterWire]
