Just because we're suckers for things with the phrase "pig face" in the title: Metrovino's Greg Denton has unveiled a one-weekend-only special, available on the dinner menu tonight and tomorrow night: A roast suckling pig porchetta served with a salad of roasted veggies, all dressed with a Meyer lemon vinaigrette, rosemary polenta croutons, and yes, pig face (more appetizingly referred to, we guess, as crispy tête de cochon).
