Aaaand more legal woes for the super-exclamatory Typhoon! Thai chain: The Oregonian reports that the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries determined that allegations of discrimination, filed on behalf of the chain's Thai chefs, have merit, and the bureau will soon issue formal charges against owners Steve and Bo Kline. According to the report, workers brought to the U.S. from Thailand were paid less than citizens, and "Thai workers were intimated into signing unfair employment agreements, transferred between restaurants in different cities with little notice and pressured to work extra hours without pay."
