One more piece to throw onto the Plywood pile: @GoodStuffNW reports that the Hawthorne Hophouse is expanding, opening another location (dubbed the Fifteenth Ave Hophouse) in the Irvington neighborhood next door to Foster & Dobbs. Per the signage, the new spot will boast 32 rotating taps heavy on local beer, but in a kid-friendly atmosphere (featuring a $4 kid's menu and Staccato Gelato). Projected opening date: late July.
