In another installment of a seemingly recurring Nostrana Book Club, chef Cathy Whims welcomes chef and author Sarah Scott, who will be stopping by the Buckman Italian restaurant tonight (Wednesday) to cook from her book The Wild Table. A $15 author's reception (from 5-6pm) is inclusive of a cocktail, pizza, and bruschetta. But at 6pm, Scott gets to work in the kitchen, serving a $59 five-course dinner (with wine pairings) featuring foraged recipes like nettle malfatti, wood sorrel salad, and veal loin with morels.
