Chicago's superstar chef Grant Achatz (the molecular gastronomist behind the infamous Alinea and new projects Next and Aviary) is apparently in town, as the Twitterverse noticed yesterday. His itinerary thus far: "Great lunch-Little Bird-Portland headed 2 Aviary-Portland 2nite 4 dinner per chef Rucker. Name sounds familiar.. Birds everywhere in my life." [Twitter]
