The Plate & Pitchfork dinner series, a literal farm-to-table experience that invites diners to feast on specially prepared meals on-site at local farms, has revealed its much-anticipated 2011 lineup, and as to be expected, it's a doozy. Every weekend from July 16 to August 28, a pair of Portland chefs will team up to create a multi-course meal served in the idyllic al fresco setting of a nearby farm, all to encourage communal relationships between those who grow, cook, and eat in the Portland area.
