Robert Reynolds To Lead Walking Tours in Beard's Footsteps

James Beard's birthday is tomorrow, Thursday May 5. To honor the auspicious occasion, the Chef Studio's grand poobah, Robert Reynolds, is prepping for a couple of walking tours of Portland. Says Reynolds at Byronbeck.com, "James Beard remains Portland’s most famous gastronome...I am planning a series of walking tours this summer following James Beard’s footsteps from Pioneer Square where the Portland Hotel once existed, past the sites of former Public and Carroll markets, through part of Old Town and ending at the River.
