Despite an avowal to never make a restaurant burger again, Kin's Kevin Shikami is caving into peer pressure: Tomorrow (Tuesday), Shikami will be offering a limited number of the Southeast Asian-inspired Eater Burger he created for us during Burger Week (which featured, among other things, house-made duck liver mousse, Chinese-braised pork belly, cherry-wood smoked tomatoes and a whole bunch of other goodies). The burger will only available while supplies last — Shikami says he'll make between 12-15 — so get on it early. [EaterWire]
