In a mash-up of Portland stereotypes (sustainable living meets beer!), the seventh annual North American Organic Brewers Festival is scheduled for next weekend (June 24-26) in Overlook Park, with the goal of being "the most earth-friendly beer festival in North America." (Among the eco-friendly touches: on-site electricity comes from solar and biodiesel generators; composting stations are available for food waste.)
