ALPHABET DISTRICT/DOWNTOWN: Tipsters at PortlandFood.org report that the NW location of Saint Cupcake has shuttered permanently, as the bakers have moved into their new snazzy downtown space full-time. As previously reported, the location on SW 12th and Morrison, which apparently opened today, goes by the name Saint Cupcake Galore and features an expanded menu. [PF]
NORTHEAST: The O reports that a new bar is on-tap by the folks behind NE's Tiga Bar: Dubbed the Beech St. Parlor thanks to its NE address, the project also features chef Henry Kibit, an alum of DOC and Noble Rot, curating the menu. [OregonLive]
CENTRAL EASTSIDE: Owners of SE Morrison's Morrison Hotel are unveiling a new menu — created by newish chef Rob Westmoreland — with a "MoHo Rising" party on Friday, June 24. Between 3-9pm, the spot will dole out free finger food samples and drink specials. [EaterWire]
