SOUTHEAST: Portland's most famous forager, Castagna chef Matt Lightner, welcomes a guest foraging friend for a one-night-only excursion and dinner. Blogger Hank Shaw (who recently published his first book, Hunt, Gather, Cook: Finding the Forgotten Feast) will join Lightner on a foraging trip June 25, with a special multi-course "Feast of Foraged Foods" scheduled for June 26 at the restaurant.
