Looks like SE Water Avenue will soon welcome another coffee-nerd heaven. Roaster-slash-purveyor of awesome coffee gadgets Clive Coffee is leaving its current digs near Beaker & Flask, having signed a lease for a Central Eastside Industrial space right next door to Water Ave. Coffee. "We're more than doubling our space, which means a much bigger showroom, an expanded inventory of high quality brewing equipment, and more classes for how to make coffee and espresso at home," says Clive's Mark Hellweg. "We're still scheduling the work crews for the build out, but we hope to move in to the new space by the end of June... July 8th at the latest." [EaterWire]
