Former Cafe Nell chef Andrew Garrett is hitting the bottle hard — with a line of bottled hot sauce, dubbed NW Elixirs Hott Sauce #1, soon to be carried by national retailer Williams-Sonoma. An interview in the appropriately named Sonoma Magazine (Garrett's a native of the Sonoma Valley) reveals that the dried-chile-laden hot sauce is the first of what Garrett hopes will be many products under his NW Elixirs brand. And here's an additional fun fact: Garrett once worked for Food Network's Guy Fieri, and "[Fieri] was the one that taught me if you want to be successful, you need to take risks." [Sonoma]
