The Oregonian's Michael Zusman scores the first Q&A with soon-to-be-crowned Castagna head chef Justin Woodward. Among the possible menu changes once Matt Lightner officially departs for New York: "I really want to focus more on vegetables as the main part of a dish," Woodward says. "I know that's what Matt started off doing, but he ended up getting away from it." And when asked whether he'd also consider leaving for NYC, Woodward flaunts his PDX loyalty: "He already asked me [to join him] and I said no. I like Portland a lot." [OregonLive]
