The Oregonian's Michael Zusman scores the first Q&A with soon-to-be-crowned Castagna head chef Justin Woodward. Among the possible menu changes once Matt Lightner officially departs for New York: "I really want to focus more on vegetables as the main part of a dish," Woodward says. "I know that's what Matt started off doing, but he ended up getting away from it."
