Another Aviary Dinner; Tastebud Update; New Sip Location

ALBERTA: Yet another spot has offered its space to the fire-displaced folks of Aviary: Alberta's Cork bottle shop will host the trio of chefs Sarah Pliner, Jasper Shen, and Kat Whitehead for a special pairing dinner on August 11. The five-course dinner will feature a collaborative pairing effort by Cork's Darryl Joannides and Aviary's sommelier/GM Leah Moorhead, and the $80 reservation is inclusive of food, wine, and gratuity.
