An eagle-eyed member of PortlandFood.org reports that Farmers Market favorite Verde Cocina (whose chilaquiles and gringas can be found at the PSU, Pioneer Square, and OHSU markets every week) is opening its first brick-and-mortar cafe in the Hillsdale spot that most recently housed Kurt Spak's Caffe Autogrill. According to the official website, plans are to open sometime next week. [PF.org]
