With St. Jack's guest-brunch-chef Trent Pierce set to open his own spot, Wafu, within the next four weeks, bouchon-loving brunchers will soon have to do without their SE Clinton option: The bistro will end its weekend brunch after this Sunday's service (July 10). But in today's recurring theme of silver linings, owner Kurt Huffman confirms that the end of St. Jack's brunch will transition into the arrival of a Sunday night dinner service, making St. Jack's supper available seven days a week.
