MISSISSIPPI: Lisa Herlinger-Esco, the main ice cream sandwich-slinger at Ruby Jewel, is celebrating the one year anniversary of her brick-and-mortar scoop shop with an all-day party scheduled for next Sunday, July 17. In addition to offering special flavors, strawberry shortcake sparklers, and drawings for free treats, the invite promises "a surprise live performance by renowned local musical guests" between 4-6pm.
