Blogger/face-stuffer Jen Stevenson has the scoop on the new Three Pigs Deli, which recently opened in the NW 16th and Burnside location that once housed Sahagun Chocolates. In addition to the current menu of breakfast and lunch options (heavy on the bacon, obvs), chef/owner Ralph Capalupo (an alum of Noble Rot and Urban Farmer) "plans to secure a liquor license, pair up with local brewers and vintners to host beer and wine dinners, and offer weekend brunch."
