Another delay to report in the long-awaited Tails & Trotters retail store, but starting tomorrow (Wednesday), cure-ator Aaron Silverman will launch regular retail hours (Weds. and Fridays, 4-7pm) at Old Town's KitchenCru prep space. Each week from here on out, T&T will offer fresh butchery, pantry items, and sausages on Wednesdays; Fridays see the addition of deli items, pates, and rillettes to the mix, in addition to grill-ready meats.
