Man, is it this time of year already? As was the case last summer, a bunch of Portland-based food carts are jostling for votes in the Food Network's Great Food Truck Race "America's Favorite" Giveaway, and in the interest of not letting an inferior food cart city win, here are the current PDX candidates: KOi Fusion, Garden State, Shut Up and Eat, Off the Griddle, and Pony Espresso.
