Mall food just got that much better: KOi Fusion impresario Bo Kwon has confirmed to the Oregonian that his Korean taco concept will permanently park it in a brick-and-mortar storefront at Tigard's Bridgeport Village mall. Kwon tells the O that "this location will be the express side of KOi Fusion, which will be called Kfusion."
Bridgeport's Kfusion joins KOi's other permanent locations at SW Second and Taylor and the D-Street Noshery cart pod (where a truck is consistently parked); a previous brick-and-mortar, KOi @ 1 in the Pearl District, shuttered last June. Projected opening for the Bridgeport location: September 20.
