So the Portland outpost of Seattle pizzeria Via Tribunali isn't open yet (its last projected opening date had the Bruce Carey-backed project shooting for a late July debut) — but maybe they're getting close? A Craigslist ad has been placed seeking a general manager for the spot. Per the ad: "Via Tribunali fires its pizzas in brick ovens made from Vesuvian ash. We anticipate the restaurant will be immensely popular and need a general manger that is up to that challenge." Noticeably missing: New projected opening date. [Craigslist]
