Though Bruce Carey's pan-Asian spot Saucebox recently revamped its menu (and its kitchen) to feature a slew of gluten-free options, tonight, the restaurant will serve up an entirely gluten-free menu in honor of author Laura Russell's new cookbook The Gluten Free Asian Kitchen. In addition to sushi, chef Alex Diestra's "gluten-free celebration" menu features 15 plates and entrees available a la cart, like roasted pork meatballs, tapioca dumplings, and as per usual, Saucebox's Korean baby back ribs.
